Mobile Direct Response has developed the first mobile phone speed dial that works across all major US and Canadian cellular telephone networks as well as many of the regional carriers.  Our leadership team is comprised of long-time business and technology executives who have a track record for building very successful companies from the ground up.


Meet the Players

Donald DeCelles
Chief Executive Officer
Don began his professional career working in the Big Four consulting world for KPMG in the late 80’s. During his seventeen years with KPMG’s consulting division, Don led dozens of very large systems development and implementation projects for companies across the US. After leaving KPMG, Don joined MarketSphere in late 2002 to build and develop a very successful national consulting practice that continues to thrive today. Don works closely with Dave in the daily operations of the business and has been instrumental in developing a strategic partnership with iHeart Media to use #250 in several major markets with excellent results for their advertisers.

Lonnie Janecek
Chief Executive Officer, MarketSphere
Lonnie started his professional career with Andersen Consulting and eventually became a partner at MarketSphere Consulting, leading the Omaha office. Under Lonnie’s direction, the Omaha office of MarketSphere Consulting grew to more than 40 professionals delivering a variety of finance and technology-based services to companies throughout the country. As CEO of MarketSphere, the holding company under which Mobile Direct Response operates, Lonnie is integrally involved in all activities related to setting strategic direction for the company, investments in technology and other parts of the business, and sales and marketing.

Steven Sestak
Steve began his career with Arthur Andersen, successfully building a business consulting practice and eventually being named Managing Partner of the Kansas City and Omaha offices. In 2002, Steve founded MarketSphere Consulting, LLC and quickly grew the business to more than 250 professionals in a dozen offices around the country. Steve began diversifying the company a few years ago, growing a variety of successful startup businesses under the MarketSphere holding company, including Mobile Direct Response, LLC. As Chairman, Steve oversees all Mobile Direct Response business operations, including setting strategic direction, technology investments, and growth initiatives.

David M. Robinett
Chief Marketing Officer & Founder
Dave got his start in the management consulting world in the early 90’s and eventually found his passion in the telecom world, spending more than 18 years with Sprint, in Marketing Research – where he learned the fundamental insight: “you cannot make consumers jump through hoops to do business with you”, i.e., make connecting easy! A past and continuing issue for the mobile industry is “fragmentation”, or the difficulty of presenting a consistent user interface to consumers across a variety of handset manufacturers, operating systems, app providers and carriers. These insights coalesced into the vision for “mobile direct response” using the universal mobile speed dial #250, and in 2014 Dave joined forces with MarketSphere to further build out the underlying technology platform, business infrastructure and sales channels to support this rapidly growing technology business.

Brian Oppliger
Chief Technology Officer
Brian started his professional career in the Big Five consulting arena in 2000 with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting before eventually becoming a stalwart technology expert within the MarketSphere Consulting business. Brian has been instrumental in leading a team of technologists to implement major new technology platform improvements to the #250 service offering, including vastly improved voice utterance interpretation capabilities, custom call flow routing, and an advertiser management portal to monitor and report call activity for measuring advertisement direct response performance. Under Brian’s expert direction, the #250 service offering has become the go-to platform for out-of-home direct response advertisers.

Brian Myers
Chief Financial Officer
Brian began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG. During his time in public accounting, he assisted large banks and investment management companies with financial statement audits, internal control compliance, SEC filings, and other advisory engagements. He joined MarketSphere, Mobile Direct Response’s holding company, in 2005 as a Senior Consultant and engaged with clients in several areas, including enterprise software implementation, financial transformation initiatives, and unclaimed property solutions. Brian has since worked as MarketSphere’s Corporate Controller and Director of Finance, helping to set and execute strategic finance and operational objectives for the company. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at MarketSphere and oversees all administrative operations for the Mobile Direct Response business, and assists with setting strategic direction for the company.

Tom Murphy
Business Advisor
Tom Murphy has worked in the telecom industry for 36 years, beginning with a long and successful career with Sprint, moving from local, to long distance, to wireless, in a series of executive management roles. Having retired from Sprint in 2001, He continues to consult to the telecom space focusing on early stage startups and helping them to map out distribution models, designing incentive and compensation structures and refining go to market strategies. Tom has been instrumental in developing out the sales and marketing model for the #250 service offering, including helping to build out sales collateral and introducing this innovative and unique new technology throughout his vast professional network.

Mike Behymer
Vice President - Business Development
Mike is an experienced multimedia sales executive with extensive experience in the radio broadcast media industry, having held numerous sales and management positions with collegiate marketer, Learfield Sports. Mike is responsible for working closely with radio market sales account executives and management teams to help their direct response advertisers achieve the highest return on investment possible using the unique features of #250. His in-depth knowledge of the radio broadcast industry, combined with deep understanding of the #250 product, make him particularly adept at helping radio advertising campaigns get the kind of consumer response that makes advertisers view radio as the most cost-effective media format available.

Joshua Jamieson
Operations Manager
Josh started his professional career working as an analyst for a Venture Capital firm. Josh later joined MarketSphere Consulting’s management consulting practice. As a management consultant, Josh led several large marketing operations technology implementation projects, for large companies across the United States. While serving as the Operations Manager for the #250 business, Josh manages the day to day business operations—sales & marketing support, customer service, contracts & billing, order configuration & setup, and product development and third-party product integration—while working closely with the #250 team on several large projects.
